One of the best things about this hotel is the stunning view. From our balcony, we could see the river, mountains, and nature in all its glory. It was the perfect backdrop to our stay and added an extra touch of beauty to our experience.

Spent Xmas in this hotel and the experience was great. The pool was refreshing and the staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean with beautiful views of the surroundings. The location was perfect, it was easy to access restaurants and shops. The breakfast had a good variety of food options, with pastries and fresh fruits. The hotel provided free Wi-Fi which was a great advantage.
The hotel had some negative aspects worth mentioning. The towels were old and some of them had holes.

The view was amazing from the room and the pool. The location was great as it was near to the local shops and cafes. We also enjoyed the New Year's celebration party organized by the hotel.
The breakfast options were poor and the hygiene was below average. The staff seemed to prioritize group tours over individual guests.

This hotel has a stunning location right next to the Nam Song river, which provides some breathtaking views. guests can easily walk to the Elephant Hotel's Restaurant, which is also riverside.
Some aspects of this hotel fall short. For instance, the breakfast is poor and often overcrowded, leaving guests to fight for food.
